HUIRUI PE water supply pipe, selecting and using high-quality polyethylene raw materials, is produced through continuous extrusion by the world's advanced pipe extrusion line equipments from Germany Battenfeld.      HUIRUI PE water supply pipe is mainly used for pressure water delivery for general purposes, as well as the transport of drinking water, and can also be used for delivery of chemicals, acids and corrosive solution, corrosive wastewater, drain contamination, pressure drainage, slag, mud,salt water and other media.

Scope of application:
       HUIRUI PE water supply pipe can be used at working temperature -20 ~ 40℃ and the maximum allowable working pressure is not greater than 1.6Mpa. The pipe is mainly used for buried pipelines, and the polyethylene water supply pipe, added with carbon black and other anti-aging agent, can also be used in open space.

Connection method:
      HUIRUI PE water supply pipe’s connection methods, according to the different ways of welding, are generally divided into two kinds - hot melt connection and electrofusion connection. PE water supply pipe and other materials pipes, valves, pipe accessories and others should be connected by flange or steel-plastic transition joint. Construction implements CJJ101-2004 “Technical specification for buried polyethylene pipeline of water supply pipeline engineering”.

Nominal pressure:
     HUIRUI PE water supply pipe is produced in accordance with standard of GB13663-2000 “Polyethylene pipes for water supply”. Static hydraulic pressure strength of pipe and main physical performance index should meet the standard requirements and hygiene meets GB/T17219-1998, and PE water supply pipe can be used to transport drinking water. Variety specification:
      HUIRUI PE water supply pipe’s raw material is PE100 grade. According to standard dimension ratio, pipe’s specifications are divided into SDR11, SDR13.6, SDR17, SDR21 and SDR26 five series. Specifications size range: dn32mm ~ dn800mm. The color of pipe is black with blue strips. Length is generally 12 meters each root and small diameter pipe (below dn63mm) can be coil supply.
