The product, a kind of fexible pipe, has a smooth  inner wall and a spiral stiffening rib as  its outer wall, which  is manufactured via spiral winding technology. It’s also called carat pipe. The pipe is made of high density polyethylene (HDPE) and polypropylene (PP) as the main raw material, adding special additives. It’s produced by the most advanced equipment in the industry and by using our own patented technology through only one time winding to complete manufacturing the pipe body and bell socket. The product meets the standard of GB/T 19472.2-2004, BS EN13476-3: 2007, DIN16961-2-2000. We can customize the pipe, inspection wells, containers and tanks with different structures according to customer requirements and so on. And according to the engineering requirements, ring stiffness can also be adjusted continuously and the maximum depth is up to 20m.

      HUIRUI HDPE winding structure wall pipe, according to different ability to bear external pressure, is divided into SN2, SN4, SN6.3, SN8, SN10, SN12.5 six series. Specifcation size range: 200mm ~ 3500mm. The color of pipe is black.

Connection method:
       HUIRUI HDPE winding structure wall pipe  is connected by electrofusion at socket and spigot. When produced, both ends of pipe are machined into socket and spigot and the fuse is embedded in socket end. At the time of connecting pipe, completing the welding by only connecting power supply. After the socket and spigot are completely fused, the stiffness and strength at the interface are the same as that of the pipe body. The connection effect  is good and sure no  leakage. The pipe can dig while putting pipes and backflling, which helps  to speed up the construction process. Construction and acceptance comply with CECS164: 2004 “Technical specifcation for buried PE pipeline of sewer engineering”.
