The new fber reinforced  thermoplastic composite pipe (NRTP) uses a  three-layer structure,  in which  the  inner  layer  is corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant thermoplastic pipe, the middle layer is enhancement layer to play an enhanced role and the outer layer is a outer cover to play a protective role. Among them, the reinforcing layer is mainly made of the reinforcing fber through winding and weaving. This product is a high quality new fber reinforced composite pipe, which uses continuous fber reinforced thermoplastic prepreg strip with our own intellectual property rights as the middle layer and import polyethylene special material as the inner and outer layers.

      Diameter: dn200 ~ 1200mm. Connected by standards fange and  the  interface strength can reach  the  level of  the pipe body. Construction implements the traditional plastic pipe technical regulations.

Scope of application:
      General service temperature: -40℃ ~ 65℃. General service pressure: <10MPa. After special manufacturing, the maximum temperature of resistant plastic is up to 102 ℃ and the maximum service pressure is up to 32MPa. The product implements the standard of ISO13628, API 17J-2008, SY/T6794-2010. The product can completely replace  the existing metal reinforced composite pipe, especially  large-diameter pipe. It’s suitable for use in long-distance transportation for oil, gas and water, especially in deserts, seabed and plateau, etc.
