New reinforced thermoplastic pipe (NRHP) uses a three-layer structure, in which the inner layer is working pipe, using PERT II type heat-resistant polyethylene composite material good high temperature performance, the middle layer is a foamed polyurethane and the outer layer is a outer cover to play a protective role, generally using polyethylene thin-walled pipe. This product replaces the traditional heat-resistant material with our own intellectual property reinforced material, to change bearing capacity problem of traditional heat-resistant pipe, and it’s researched and produced by existing equipment.

The pipe is mainly used in central heating and hot spring water transportation and other places, that require heat preservation and heat transfer. It’s not restricted by the terrain and can achieve plastic heating pipe instead of steel. Scope of application:
The product complies with GB/T 28799-2012, CJ/T480-2015. Diameter: dn50 ~ 355mm, SDR9 ~ 17. Connected through hot melt connection and electrofusion,, the processing method is the same as traditional polyethylene pipe and insulation pipe.
