Domestic frst-class production line of structural wall winding pipe (cart pipe), container and pipe fttings. It takes dual-extruder production form, and the extruder walks and mold roller fxed. The equipment adopts the energy-effcient confguration form, such as B&R system, servo motor and driver of Austria, retarder of Boneng, ABB frequency converter, PLC control system and touch control panel to ensure the normal operation of two production lines under 400KVA power supply. Gas supply pressure is 0.1Mpa. The integrated extrusion volume of production is not less than 800kg/h. Diameter: dn200 ~ dn4000mm. The products meet requirements of GB/T19472.2-2004. The selection and production control of products are carried out by software. Design capacity: 20,000 tons. We are the largest monomer manufacturer in Asia.
